Further to previous communications, it’s nearly time for your Administrator(s) on profile 154817 to make the move from KeyCode to Approve, the new authentication app for Business On Line.

This email tells you what to expect and how to make your move as seamless as possible.

In the next few weeks we’ll send a text to the Administrator mobile number ending in 987 to let them know when to begin the move to Approve.

Please make sure that this number is up to date, as you will need it to set up the Approve app. To change this number, please fill in the form at boi.com/updateboladminphone

In advance, please also check that the Administrator(s) listed below remain correct and can log on to Business On Line using their existing KeyCode app:

If you need to change your Administrator(s) please complete the form found at boi.com/boladministrator. If there are two Administrators both will need to be available to complete setup at the same time and we recommend that they are in the same location to do this.

If your Administrator(s) can’t log on to Business On Line, please call our dedicated team on 0818 818 265 (ROI) or +353 1 460 6445 (from abroad).

Next steps

After you get the text advising you to move to Approve, it should take you approximately 5 to 10 minutes to set up your Administrator(s), then around 5 minutes to activate each of your Users.
